§ Mr. John Wellsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to answer letters from the leader of Maidstone borough council addressed to the Minister of Housing on 29 October and to himself on 3 December concerning circular 19/80.
§ Mr. StanleyI replied to both letters on 10 December.
