HC Deb 11 December 1980 vol 995 c482W
48. Mr. Thomas Cox

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he proposes to meet the chairman of the Confederation of British Industry to discuss the consequences to industry of his recent financal package.

Sir Geoffrey Howe

I have regular meetings with a number of the office-bearers of the Confederation of British Industry, but I am afraid that I do not know whom the hon. Member has in mind when he refers to the chairman of the CBI.
