§ The Prime MinisterThe International Council for Research in Agro-Forestry is concerned with the relationships between forestry and agriculture, particularly the associated local problems such as soil erosion and flooding. Britain provides bilateral aid in this field to many countries and we have no plans at present to assist the council financially.
