§ 72. Mr. Ennalsasked the Minister of Transport if he will be introducing legislation to make compulsory the wearing of seat belts.
§ Mr. FowlerI have no plans to do so. However, it remains my view that seat belts save lives and reduce injuries, and I shall continue to urge both drivers and passengers to wear them.
