§ Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will list in the Official Report those documents which he has released under section 5(1) of the Public Records Act within the 30-year time limit.
§ Mr. David Mitchell[pursuant to his reply, 8 December 1980]: I have no power under section 5(1) of the Public Records Act to release documents within the 30-year period and I have not requested the Lord Chancellor to release any documents within that period.
