§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will publish in the Official Report the names of members of the committee set up to examine the North Sea's marginal fields; how often it has met; and if details of its deliberations are available.
§ Mr. GrayThe study group which has been set up to undertake the review of marginal fields consists of officials from the Department of Energy, Treasury and Inland Revenue and representatives of the offshore oil industry. It has no formally constituted membership. It has met six times. I have received its first report and shall make a statement in due course.
