§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that detailed monitoring procedures have been drawn up to ensure that training and work experience schemes funded under the youth opportunities 329W programmes are operating correctly. Resources constraints have led to some reduction in the frequency of monitoring visits, but the matter is kept under constant review.
