§ Mr. Jim LesterI refer the hon. Member to the earlier reply to the question from the hon. Member for Harlow (Mr. Newens). The employment prospects of school leavers are clearly related to employment prospects generally. My right hon. Friend announced on 21 November a major expansion of the youth opportunities programme to help the young unemployed in 1981–82.
