Mr. Richard Wainwrightasked the Prime Minister whether, in the light of the recent leak of industrial propane at Wealdstone, she will publish the review of the cost-efficency of methods of implementing policy on health and safety at work carried out by the Central Policy Review Staff; and whether she will make a statement.
§ The Prime MinisterThere are no plans to publish the review by the Central Policy Review Staff. It has no bearing on the capability of the Health and Safety Executive in relation to incidents such as that which occurred at Wealdstone on 20 November.
