§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that no fixed allocation of community enterprise programme funds is to be made between schemes for the improvement of the environment and other schemes of benefit to the community. Every scheme proposed by a sponsor will be equally considered on its merits.
