§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI have recently announced that the Welsh Office has agreed, exceptionally, to meet the extra running costs of three new Health Service developments in Powys, which could not have come into full use without that assistance. The developments involved are units at Llanidloes, Newtown and Bronllys; the eventual annual cost will be in excess of £0.4 million.
