§ Mr. Alison[pursuant to his reply, 5 December 1980]: I understand that the Boundary Commission for Northern Ireland intends. to follow the practice in the rest of the United Kingdom, which not to publish transcripts of evidence given at local inquiries but to provide copies on payment of the cost of reproduction.
