§ Mr. BrittanWe have received reports from the Local Government Boundary Commission for England on its re views of electoral arrangements for the following counties: Cheshire, Cumbria, Derbyshire, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Humberside, Isle of Wight, Kent, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Somerset, Staffordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire.
Of these, the following have had orders made giving effect to the commission's proposals, with or without modifications, at the elections to be held in May 1981; Cheshire, Hertfordshire, Isle of Wight, Lincolnshire, Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Somerset, Staffordshire and Surrey.
