§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, pursuant to the reply of the Under-Secretary of State, the hon. Member for Hampstead (Mr. Finsberg), of 19 May 1980, he is now in a position to give details of the results of his consideration of the grant-in-aid provisions to the National Building Agency; and whether he is now in a position either to terminate it, or to replace it by a commercial fee basis for work actually carried out under contract for the Government and the Housing Corporation.
