Member to my reply to him on 11 November.— [Vol. 992, c.110.] The data being obtained from the United States Food and Drug Administration on tampons will include information on all makes associated with toxic shock syndrome. The analyses of the major brands on sale in the United Kingdom carried out by the Laboratory of the Government Chemist have now been received and are under scrutiny in the Department.
