§ Sir Ian GilmourThe next Foreign Affairs Council on 16 December is expected to discuss follow-up to the European Council on which my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister has made a statement this afternoon. Other topics which may be discussed include the global negotiations, Cyprus, food aid for developing countries and aid to the shipbuilding industries.
