§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that these figures were obtained from a postal survey conducted in September 1979. The results were available from that date. However, the figures refer not only to a sample of young people who had been on work experience on employers' premises schemes, but also to project-based work experience and community service schemes as well as training workshops.
§ Mr. Goldingasked the Secretary of State for Employment what percentage of young people who have left the work experience on employers' premises scheme during the last six months have entered normal employment.
