§ Sir George YoungA total of 39 such people, all sentenced within the last five years, were contained within the child care system in England on 27 November, 11 of them within the youth treatment centres for which my right hon. Friend has direct responsibility. Information about any such people accommodated elsewhere could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
