§ Mr. Neil MartenSince 1976 the following numbers of overseas police officers have been trained in the United Kingdom under the aid programme:
The training has included general command and specialised training for instructors, CID, photography/ fingerprinting, fraud, traffic control, driving, dog handling and equitation. Anti-terrorist and security personnel are not trained under the aid programme.
