§ Mr. Torneyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in view of the widespread concern of the people of Bradford and other areas of West Yorkshire because of the succession of unsolved murders of young women during the past five years, he will call for a report from the chief constable of West Yorkshire on the progress of investigations by his force.
