§ Mr. Buchanasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in the Official Report the total tax reliefs given at the latest available year, separately, for each of the English regions and Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in the following categories (a) mortgage tax relief, (b) exemption of imputed income from owner-occupation and (c) exemption from capital gains tax of net proceeds from the sale of owner-occupier main residence.
