§ Mr. Litherlandasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report for each county, metropolitan district and London borough the proportion of the needs element of the rate support grant which is allocated in 1980–81 by reference to the number of one-parent families in that area; and what cash amount of the grant this represents in each case.
