§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) what licences are required for a job agency recruiting workers for jobs overseas; and if he is satisfied with the current position;
(2) what investigations he is conducting into job agencies who recruit workers in the United Kingdom for jobs in the 409W construction industry abroad; and if he will make a statement;
(3) how many job agencies are currently in receipt of licences for the recruitment of workers for jobs in the construction industry overseas.
