§ Mr. Wallerasked the Minister of Transport what form of regular communication he has with approved driving instructors concerning changes in regulations and recommendations relating to road safety.
§ Mr. FowlerThe views of approved driving instructors on proposed changes in regulations which may affect them are sought formally through their representative associations. Changes in regulations are notified to these associations and publicised in driving test centres. My Department also has regular informal contact with instructors' organisations and 485W we are always ready to receive and conside any suggestions they may wish to make on any aspect of road safety.
