(3) what was the total expenditure on secondary school education in England at 297W constant prices in 1977–78, 1978–79 and 1979–80; and what he anticipates it will be in 1980–81;
(4) what was the average expenditure on education per pupil in secondary schools in England at constant prices in each of the following academic years:
