§ Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he 319W intends to request all the education boards in Northern Ireland to follow the recent example of the Southern board in the matter of phonic ears and allow the children to have free loan of the equipment.
§ Mr. GoodhartI have no such plans. The equipment is provided by education and library boards for use in classrooms. Any use of the equipment outside the classroom is a matter for each education and library board.
