§ Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether he has any evidence that the Army observation point on the Rossville Street flats is causing, or has caused, damage to the roof of the flats; and whether any complaint has been made to him about such damage by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
§ Mr. HayhoeFour claims for damages have been made to the Ministry of Defence in respect of the Army observation point on the Rossville Street flats. One was from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in November 1977, and was settled in April 1979. The other three claims, from residents of the flats, were made in November 1976, October 1977 and March 1978. All three have now been settled and no further claims are outstanding.
