§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI cannot make firm estimates because within the single block housing allocation it will be for individual local authorities in Wales to decide what resources to use for sheltered accommodation in 1980–81. As for 1981–82 we must await the submission of their housing investment programmes later this year. The number of sheltered housing units to be built by housing associations in Wales will depend on the present and future plans of the associations.
