§ Mr. Heddleasked the Minister of Transport whether, further to his letter to the hon. Member for Lichfield and Tamworth of 4 July (Ref. C/PSO/23881/80) he is yet able to give a date upon which he will announce his Department's decision whether Mr. B. Williams of 403 Watling Street, Two Gates, Tamworth is entitled to compensation for damage caused to this property by the flooding of the A5 having regard to the fact that the original claim for compensation was received by his Department in March.
