§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe Institute of Housing has introduced a three-year course leading to the professional qualification of the institute in place of the four-year diploma course previously offered. The new course is offered on a day-release basis at Napier college of commerce and technology, Edinburgh, and at Glasgow college of building and printing.
