§ Mr. Neil MartenEDF funds would not normally be available to support projects at educational institutions within the European Community, although such institutions may be asked to provide staff for EDF-funded technical co-operation projects in the ACP countries. EDF training fellowships are at present supporting 253 ACP nationals engaged in a wide range of studies at educational institutions in the United Kingdom including 35 universities, 17 polytechnics and 14 institutes of higher and further education.
