§ Mr. EyreOn 25 July 1980, the Secretary of State appointed inspectors under section 172 of the Companies Act 1948 to investigate and report on the membership of Dunlop Holdings Limited, and to do so with special reference to recent changes in the beneficial ownership of the company's shares. This appointment was made at the request of the company.
