§ Mr. PrenticeThe Department and the Post Office are in regular contact on a number of matters concerning services for disabled people, including the provision of public telephones suitable for their use. I am glad to say that the Post Office is pursuing a number of initiatives in this area, including the development of a new type of kiosk designed specifically with the needs of disabled people in mind
