§ Mr. TebbitThe London borough of Bromley has decided to abandon its plans for a major increase in business flying at Biggin Hill airport in the light of the advice of the national air traffic service regarding air traffic control requirements. The future use of the airport is for the council to decide, but I can see no practical reason why it should not continue to play a useful role in handling general and business aviation.
