§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will publish a comprehensive list of all the investments made by the Welsh Development Agency to and loans made by the agency to companies and firms that have since been taken into receivership or gone into liquidation, since the agency's inception, stating, in each case, the amount of the respective investment or loan and the portion thereof, if any, which the agency has reasonable hopes of recovering.
