§ Mr. RaisonLocal authorities are responsible for administering the licensing and inspection provisions of the Acts. I understand that there have been difficulties in the Barnstaple area but that steps have been taken to improve the position with the result that 20 establishments are now licensed compared with only three in 1978; 18 of these have been inspected in the last 12 months.
