§ Mr. StanleyWith the agreement of my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and for Wales I will include cash limits for Scotland and for Wales in this answer. The cash limits for local authority capital expenditure on housing in England, Scotland and Wales have been increased by £4.5 million, £0.5 million, and £0.3 million respectively, compared with the cash limits announced by my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary to the Treasury on 26 March.—[Vol. 148, c. 600.] The revised cash limits are as follows:
