Mr. Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he is satisfied with co-ordination between his Department and area health authorities and local councils in the provision of daycare and other facilities for the mentally and physically handicapped, with particular reference to adults.
§ Dr. VaughanI believe that local and health authorities are already well aware of the need for close co-ordination and co-operation in carrying out their responsibilities for making appropriate provision for these services.
