§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsThere are no plans to reduce, amalgamate or economise upon those bodies most directly concerned with the rights of citizens such as the Standing Advisory Commission on Human Rights, the Fair Employment Agency and the Equal Opportunities Commission. However their position, like that of all public bodies in Northern Ireland, is kept under continuing review.
