§ Mr. Giles ShawDuring the years 1970 to 1979 inclusive 19 foreign firms, which had been assisted under the Industries Development Act (Northern Ireland) 1966, closed in Northern Ireland. The selective financial assistance provided to those firms totalled £3.5 million of which £0.2 million has been recovered to date.
