§ Mr. GrayIt is estimated that the following are the proportions held by OPEC member States: (a) proven reserves—78 per cent.: (b) annual production in 1979—63 per cent; (c) refining capacity at the end of 1979—7.3 per cent.; and (d) registered tanker fleet—dwt—as of December 1979—3.6 per cent.
