§ Mr. HurdThere is increasing and helpful support for the objective of the complete withdrawal of all Soviet troops from Afghanistan and freedom for the country to resume its traditional policies of neutrality and non-alignment. It is not yet possible to judge what role the United Nations will be able to play.
