§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will seek to amend section 7 of the Territorial Waters Jurisdiction Act 1878 so that its provisions will cover the three-mile limit of territorial sea off the coast of Northern Ireland, in order that acts of oil pollution within the three-mile limit can be brought within its scope.
