§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe director of the Disabilities Study Unit recently wrote to my Department about the Snow-don working party on the integration of the disabled. The reply was that compulsory requirements for access for the disabled to public buildings were still under consideration, but it was possible that persuasion and an increasing awareness would prove to be more effective.
