Member for Wolverhampton, North-East (Mrs. Short) on 27 March 1980—[Vol. 981. c. 627–8]—the Manpower Services Commission is carrying out an inquiry into the number of schemes currently running under the youth opportunities programme, the special temporary employment programme and the community industry scheme involving home insulation and the number of people participating in them. I shall publish that information as soon as it becomes available.
