§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he has now received the report of the subcommittee of the Central Fire Brigades Advisory Councils on the fire at Wool-worth's store in Piccadilly, Manchester, in May 1979; and if he will make a statement.
