§ Mr. YoungerYes. I shall shortly be laying an order to increase the levels of maximum eligible expense for repair grants and standard amenities grants by some 30 per cent. over present levels. I shall also be prepared to consider representations by local authorities for increases which they consider to be justified for houses which are below the tolerable standard.
