§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe firm is on my Department's list of firms capable of providing specialist inspection and testing services. Details of the extent to which the firm has been employed in this capacity could be obtained only at disproportionate cost because details are not kept centrally of all contracts placed by local authorities acting as our agents.
