§ Mr. RifkindCopies of the consultative paper were circulated to all Scottish MPs and Members of the European Parliament. The Scottish Information Office also sent copies to the press officers of the four main political parties in Scotland. The parties can obtain further copies of the paper free on request to the Scottish Development Department.
