asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many claimants have been debarred from receiving home loss and farm loss payments under sections 29 and 34, respectively, of the Land Compensation Act 1973 because of the exclusion of claims arising from blight notice acquisition; and whether he will now remove these exclusions.

This information is not readily available. I have no proposals to extend the scope of these provisions in this respect.
